One Schoolhouse’s online Academic Program supports exceptional independent schools in this goal, supplementing on-campus classes with more than 25 AP® and college-level courses; full sequences in Chinese, French, Latin, Spanish and Computer Science; post-calculus math courses; and, specialized topics like Neuroscience and Global Health.

In Academic Program classes, students engage with a diverse range of students from across the country and around the world. Together they research, explore, and engage in problem-solving activities that increase cultural competence, neural capacity, and empathy. A mix of asynchronous and live collaboration allows students to work at the times and pace that work for them, while regular due dates ensure progress, provide structure, and foster collaboration and community. Students don't just learn the material—they also develop the academic maturity, cultural competence, and independence that leads to their success in college.
